Braintree's Fixed Assets Maintenance extension provides new tools to better manage movements and maintenance of fixed assets.
- Fixed asset transfers: Move assets between physical locations or dimensions, using the FA transfer document, with Ship and Receive functions, and a detailed audit trail.
- Fixed asset utilisation: Track utilisation of fixed assets based on hours, kilometres or other units of measure
- Plan fixed asset maintenance: Create multiple maintenance plans for each asset maintenance group. Plan maintenance activities based on time periods or utilisation.
- Maintenance orders: Create work orders for inspections, routine servicing and maintenance, or adhoc repairs
- Procurement integration: Generate purchase orders for external maintenance activities.
- Defect Register: Simple tool to record issues and faults, with pictures, and generate maintenance instructions for resolution.
